A successful recruitment drive was organized at DRB Sindhu Mahavidyalaya with the collective support and coordination of several Rotary members and volunteers. The event witnessed an overwhelming response, with 448 students registering for the drive and 86 candidates being shortlisted by participating companies. The smooth execution of the recruitment process, interview coordination, and student support played a significant role in making the event a grand success.

Prior to the recruitment drive, an informative session on resume building and interview preparation was conducted for students, focusing on essential dos and don’ts, interview communication, and common misconceptions faced by job seekers. The session proved highly beneficial for students, helping them better understand professional expectations and improve their confidence before appearing for interviews. The initiative was widely appreciated by students and organizers alike.
