Entrepreneurial Training Workshop for Women

Project Date: 24 and 25 August 2024 at Bahujan Hitay Girls Hostel, Nagpur.

Project done in collaboration with Sanjeevani foundation and Sunyatee International foundation. Project was an Entrepreneurial training Workshop for women aged 18 to 35 yrs.
They were trained at self-awareness, ideas generation, confidence building and making business plans. Mr Hemant Waghmare Sir, Project Officer for Maharashtra Entrepreneurial development, guided the girls in various Government schemes and how to make business proposal and start with Entrepreneurial journey.
Business ideas from 5 women were selected as the best. One of the participants proposed the idea of using AI in identifying soil quality to help farmers in cultivation. She immediately got funded for her idea by Sunyatee International Foundation.
Number of Beneficiaries: 45 women 18 -35 age group
RCNN sponsored 4 participants’ fees.
