On 12 th November, 2024, R/Anna Rohit Madnani and members of Pujya Shikarpuri Panchayat,
Bajaria, Nagpur, generously cooked and served delicious meals for the girls of Shradhanand
Anathalaya.
Kudos to Rtn. Dr. Ssuhana and R/Anna Rohit Madnani for initiating and managing this noble
project on the occasion of their wedding anniversary. The food served exceeded the needs of
70 people, a testament to Rohit Madnani’s outstanding efforts. He had to get the food in large
utensils in a slow driven tempo, handling it very carefully. Celebrating their marriage
anniversary in such a meaningful way is truly inspiring and shows the true Rotarian spirit.
Rtn. Dr. Ssuhana Madnani shared her experience after the project –
“Bringing and serving the langar prashad from Gurudwara to the plates of Orphan children
was one of a kind and truly gratifying experience, it was indeed different from paying for
food and getting it served.
We are very much grateful to be RCNN members and getting all kinds of opportunities. This
also helps to nurture empathy, compassion and kindness in my son Lavyam at such a young
age. I feel this will definitely make a huge positive impact in his overall personality.”
Due to privacy and security concerns, photography of the resident girls at Shradhanand
Anathalaya was not permitted. Therefore, we respectfully refrained from sharing any photos
of the residents for this project.
